Refunds for Services
Due to the nature of digital marketing and advertising services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes (such as exact sales numbers or rankings). Therefore, services are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
Eligibility for Refunds
- If a project is canceled before any work has started, a full refund will be issued.
- If partial work has been completed, a pro-rated refund may be offered, deducting hours and expenses already incurred.
- Digital products, ad spend, or third-party service fees are non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
