3. Cancellations
- Monthly retainers require 30 days’ written notice to cancel.
- No refunds once campaign deliverables have been executed.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate information, access to accounts, and approvals in a timely manner.
- Delays caused by client inaction do not constitute a breach by Subliminal Manifest.
5. Limitation of Liability
Subliminal Manifest is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Marketing results vary by industry and external factors.
